Attorney Justin Alsterberg of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Justin Edward Alsterberg with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Justin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled his client trust account
  • Failed to supervise a non-lawyer employee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Justin.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Justin and his firm fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.snw.law.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Justin practices his brand of law with Sternberg Naccari & White LLC at 935 Gravier Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
