Attorney Pierre F. Gaudin, Jr. of Gretna, LA; convicted felon

The state of Louisiana provided Pierre F. Gaudin, Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Pierre guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Convicted of willfully making and filing false federal income tax returns
  2. Pierre was convicted of a serious crime
  3. Misconduct reflected on his fitness to practice law
  4. Abuse of illegal drugs
  5. Convicted for driving while under the influence
  6. Criminally charged with child endangerment and careless operation of a motor vehicle
As a consequence of his felony conviction of a “serious crime” and other criminal complaints, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Pierre by gifting him with a one-year suspension of his law license.

It must be gratifying to the good folks living in the Gretna, Louisiana area to know that there is yet another convicted felon running amuck with a law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2012) Pierre practices law with Gaudin & Gaudin at 1088 Fourth Street in Gretna, Louisiana.
