The state of Louisiana presented Preston G. Sutherland with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Georgie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,despite being notified of medical liens, Georgie failed to protect third parties’ interest in settlement funds.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Georgie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Georgie practices at 1239 Jackson Street in Alexandria, Louisiana.
