Attorney Samuel Henry IV of West Monroe, LA; lying loser

The state of Louisiana presented Samuel O. Henry IV with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Sammy found it acceptable to falsely advertise that he was a board-certified bankruptcy specialist after his certification had been revoked.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
