Attorney Daniel Thompson of Lexington, KY; thieving loser

The state of Kentucky presented Daniel Louis Thompson with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into client trust account
• Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal required
• Failed to return client’s file after being terminated
• Failed to refund $4,000 in unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interests

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Danny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 31-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2015), Danny practices at 3138 Custer Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.
