Attorney Andrew Holton of Louisville; ethical gremlin

The state of Kentucky presented Andrew Lott Holton with a law license in 1988.

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
3. Entered into business transaction with client
4. Provided financial assistance to client re: pending litigation
5. Failed to notify client of receipt of funds
6. Failed to respond to demand for info from disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Andy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 61-day suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Andy practices at 1642 Bonnycastle Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky.
