Attorney Carroll Hubbard Jr. of Paducah, KY; perjuring loser

The state of Kentucky presented Carroll Hubbard Jr. with a law license in 1962 after she graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Carroll guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonestly, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Admittedly filed a sham complaint with the Judicial Conduct Commission against Judge Henschel was retaliatory and vindictive
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer
  • Denied under oath that his handwriting was on the envelope addressed to the Bobos
  • Violated Kentucky law (false swearing, Class B misdemeanor) when he made false statement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Carroll by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license beginning.

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Carroll practices at 222 Kentucky Avenue in Paducah, Kentucky.
