Attorney Meredith Lawrence of Warsaw, KY; convicted tax cheat

The state of Kentucky provided Meredith Lynn Lawrence with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Meredith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Served 12-month + 1 day sentence in prison
• Convicted of filing false tax returns for three consecutive years
• Ordered to repay $75,385 in delinquent taxes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Meredith practices at 107 East High Street in Warsaw, Kentucky.
