Attorney Maureen Sullivan of Louisville, KY; ethical leprechaun

The state of Kentucky provided Maureen Ann Sullivan with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after termination
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Maureen!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Maureen by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (March 2017), Maureen practices at 239 South 4^th Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
