Attorney Edmund Smith of Oak Grove, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Edmund Victor Smith with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to refund unearned portion of $2,500 fee (cheater)
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eddie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2016), Eddie practices with the Smith Law Office at 15226 Fort Campbell Blvd in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
