Attorney John Hays of Pikeville, KY; convicted criminal

The state of Kentucky presented John Douglas Hays with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny was convicted of engaging in criminal conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2015), Johnny practices with the Pike County Fiscal Court in Pikeville, Kentucky.
