Attorney Fred Greene of Russellville, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Fred Garland Greene with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2015), Freddy practices with the Law Offices of Fred G. Greene in Russellville, Kentucky.
