Attorney Bradley Sylvester of Wichita, KS; lying loser  

The sate of Kansas presented Bradley Paul Sylvester with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client reasonable informed of status of legal matter
• Fabricated excuse to explain negligent conduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misconduct motivated by selfishness or dishonesty

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2014) Brad practices with Sedgwick Co. Conflicts Office at 266 North Main Street in Wichita, Kansas.
