Attorney Steven Wagle of Wichita, KS; serial liar

The sate of Kansas presented Steven M. Wagle with a law license in 1986.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Untruthful (lied) in statements to others
• Provided false and misleading information to bankruptcy court in fourteen (14) separate cases
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Provided evasive, inconsistent and conflicting explanations to ethics investigator (Up yours, said Stevie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2014) Stevie practices at 301 North Market in Wichita, Kansas.
