Attorney Rebecca Ware of Wichita, KS; lying loser

The sate of Kansas presented Rebecca Arlene Ware with a l aw license in 2000.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Rebecca guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Rebecca!)
• Failed to defend employment discrimination case
• Falsified internal Sprint documents
• Wrote false and misleading letter to ethics investigator
• Misconduct motivated by selfishness or dishonesty
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Rebecca by gifting her with a 1-year complimentary suspension of her law license.

As we speak (February 2014) Rebecca practices at 6781 Bromley Circle in Wichita, Kansas.
