Attorney Phillip Brooks of Kansas City, MO; tax cheat

The state of Kansas presented Phillip Anthony Brooks with a law license in 1994. Phillip was provided with a Missouri law license in 1993.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Phillip guilty of the following misconduct.

Phil was criminally charged for willfully failing to pay federal incomes taxes for at least one year.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Phillip by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Phillip practices with The Books Law Firm, LLC at 420 Nichols Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
