Attorney Brenda Jordan of Manhattan, KS; liar

 

The state of Kansas presented Brenda Mari Jordan with a law license in 1994.
 
The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Brenda guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Made a false statement as to a material fact to a court
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Failed to provide required evidence to defense counsel

  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Brenda’s misconduct came about while she was employed as an assistant prosecutor. In her zeal to win, Brenda found it convenient to play fast and loose with the truth. She also violated her oath of office by concealing facts from defense counsel that she was required to disclose.
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Brenda by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Brenda practices at 404 Humboldt in Manhattan, Kansas.
