Attorney Sam Kepfield of Hutchinson, KS; moronic slacker

The state of Kansas presented Sam S. Kepfield with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Sammy practices at 115 West 2^nd Avenue in Hutchinson, Kansas.
