Attorney Tammie Kurth of Liberal, KS; moronic loser

The state of Kansas presented Tammie E. Kurth with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Tammie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to update address on annual attorney registration form

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Tammie by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Tammie practices her brand of law at 2306 North Kansas Avenue in Liberal, Kansas.
