Attorney Lawrence Schneider of Topeka, KS; slacker

The state of Kansas provided Lawrence E. Schneider with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Kansas Board of Discipline found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Violated duties he owed to his clients
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the
• representation
• Failed to timely file responses to opposing counsel’s motions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Larry practices in Topeka, Kansas.
