Attorney Steven Smith of Overland Park, KS; thieving loser

The sate of Kansas presented Steven R. Smith with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie found it acceptable to falsely expense vouchers for submission to the law firm he was working for at the time.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (January 2016) Stevie practices with Gates Shields & Ferguson PA at 10990 Quivira in Overland Park, Kansas.

As one would suspect, the Gates Shields & Ferguson website at www.gsfhlegal.com makes absolutely no mention of Stevie’s misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information so as to not limit its future victim pool
