Attorney Michael Foster of Wichita; moronic loser

The sate of Kansas presented Michael Eugene Foster with a law license in 1973.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Knowingly failed to provide services to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2015) Mike practices with the Sedgwick County Public Defender’s Office at 604 North Main Street in Wichita, Kansas.
