Attorney Larry Wall of Wichita, KS; repeat offender

 

The sate of Kansas presented Larry William Wall with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

 

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Faield to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client reasonable informed of status of legal matter
  • Misconduct visited upon vulnerable victim
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds belonging to client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Larry’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (February 2014) Larry practices at 2024 North Woodlawn Street in Wichita, Kansas.
