Attorney David Lemanski of Dubuque, IA; ethical dwarf

The state of Iowa presented David Alan Lemanski with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to ethics investigator inquiries (Up yours, said Dave!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Dave practices at 701 Bluff Street in Dubuque, Iowa.
