Attorney Kim Roddick of Dubuque, IA; ethical elf

The state of Iowa presented Kim Cohenour Roddick with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kim!)
• Allowed probate matter to become and remain delinquent
• Failed to respond to notices to cure probate delinquency
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Kim practices her so-called brand of law with Reynolds & Kenline LLP at 110 East 9^th Street in Dubuque, Iowa.
