Attorney Beau Bergmann of Mount Pleasant, IA; slacker, serial offender

The state of Iowa presented Robert Joseph Murphy with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Beau guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Beau by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Garth fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bergmannlawfirm.com. Apparently, Davey decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Beau practices with the Bergmann Law Firm PLLC at 115 West Moreland Street in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
