Attorney Douglas Tindal of Washington, IA; lying scammer

The state of Iowa presented Douglas Leon Tindal with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• False mental health report submitted to court under Doug’s name
• Fabricated or ghostwrote portions of an affidavit or knowingly allowed another person to so act
• Attempted to hide fabrications by hiding them by only providing the doctor with the signature page of the affidavit for his signature
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly offered evidence he knew to be false

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Stevie practices with the Tindal Law Office at 305 West Main Street in Washington, Iowa.
