Attorney Ronald Ellerhoff of Burlington, IA; incompetent liar

The state of Iowa presented Ronald D. Ellerhoff with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Trust accounts had negative balances
• Failed to take action re: inactive client account balances
• Admitted to ethics investigators that he was “incompetent” (Dumbo)
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ronnie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Ronnie practices with the Ronald D. Ellerhoff Law Office at 200 Jefferson in Burlington, Iowa.
