Attorney Willard Olesen of Greenfield, IA; slacker

The state of Iowa presented Willard Wild Olesen with a law license in 1976after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Willy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Allowed three years to lapse before completing estate accounting

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Willy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Willy practices with the Olesen Law Firm PLC in Greenfield, Iowa.
