Attorney Jeffrey McGinness of Iowa City, IA; lying loser

The state of Iowa presented Jeffrey Kenneth McGinness with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Iowa Supreme Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Fabricated certificates of service
• Made false statements to trial court
• Falsely claimed he served discovery request on opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2016), Jeff practices with the McGinness Law Firm PLC at 4421 Tempe Place in Iowa City, Iowa.
