Attorney Russell Dircks of Davenport, IA; lying loser

The state of Iowa presented Russell Arthur Dircks with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform monthly trust account reconciliations
• Failed to maintain client check register
• Falsely stated he performed monthly trust account reconciliations
• Failed to fully cooperate with audit process (Up yours, said Russ!)
• Failed to properly train office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Russ practices with Dircks & Dircks at 125 Kirkwood Blvd in Davenport, Iowa.
