Attorney Patrick Henrichsen of Urbandale, IA; ethical gremlin

The state of Iowa presented Patrick Alex Henrichsen of with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Deposited funds belonging to law firm into personal bank account
• Knowingly withheld funds lawfully belong to his law firm
• Engaged in a pattern of serious misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Patty practices with the Henrichsen Law Office at 10430 New York Avenue in Urbandale, Iowa.
