Attorney Karen Dales of Council Bluffs, IA; drunken convict

The state of Iowa presented Karen Atkinson Dales with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Attorney Disciplinary Board found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Karen the Lush pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI). As one would suspect, this wasn’t the first time that Karen was convicted of driving under the influence.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Karen practices with the Dales Law Office at 229 South Main Street in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
