Attorney Lurie Cuciuc of Indianapolis, ethical gremlin

The state of Indiana presented Lurie Cuciuc with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Cody guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fulfill continuing legal education requirements (CLE)
• Failed to disclose a fact necessary to correct a misapprehension known by the person to have arisen in a bar admission matter (Up yours, said Iurie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Lurie by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Lurie practices in Indianapolis, Indiana.
