Attorney Kimberly Lytle of Indianapolis, IN; slacker, loser

The state of Indiana presented Kimberly Sue Lytle with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

FYI: The University of Dayton Law School is ranked as the 165^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit a client to make informed decisions
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kimmy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Kimmy and her firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.banksbrower.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Kimmy practices with Banks & Brower LLC at 8770 Purdue Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.
