Attorney Christopher Zoeller of Indianapolis, IN; moronic cheater

The state of Indiana provided Christopher C. Zoeller with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions
  • Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to protect client interests upon termination
  • Failed to abide by client decisions regarding objectives of representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact to a third person
  • Knowingly lied to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Chris!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Chris practices at 55 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana.
