Attorney Evan Broderick of Anderson, IN; drunken convict

The state of Indiana presented Evan Buck Broderick with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Evan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving while intoxicated endangering a person
• Plead guilty to fleeing the scene of an accident

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Evan by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As one would suspect, Evan fails to mention the misconduct above on his self-serving website at www.attorneyevanbroderick.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
