Attorney Brian Griffin of Brockton, MA; ethical dwarf  

The state of Massachusetts presented Brian D. Griffin with a law license in 1991.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of case
• Failed to advise client of way to seek relief from dismissal of client’s case
• Failed to take any remedial steps to reinstate client’s case
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return repeated client phone calls
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests after termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Brian is employed as the Assistant Clerk Magistrate for the Plymouth County Superior Court at 72 Belmont Street in Brockton, Massachusetts.
