Attorney Macarthur Drake of Gary, IN; lying Dumbo

The state of Indiana provided Macarthur Drake with a law license in 1976.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Mac guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Knowingly made a false statement of a material fact
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Mac by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Mac practices with Drake & Associates at 487 Broadway in Gary, Indiana.
