Attorney Kevin Marshall of Hobart, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana provided Kevin Wayne Marshall with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kevin found it appropriate to not promptly pay a client the portion of a jury award of $1 million to which the client was lawfully and indisputably entitled.

In addition, Kevin failed to provide the client with an accounting of his claim for fees.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Kevin practices at 192 Bracken Parkway in Hobart, Indiana.
