Attorney Kenneth Roberts of Indianapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Kenneth Thaddeus Roberts with a law license in 1973 after  he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kenney guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation
• Failed to notify clients of Court of Appeal rulings

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Kenny practices with Roberts & Bishop at 118 North Delaware Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
