Attorney Brian Pondenis of Charleston, IL; bullying loser

The state of Indiana presented Brian David Pondenis with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• In electronic messages with a former client's girlfriend, Brain revealed information pertaining to his representation of that former client and made improper and abusive statements to the girlfriend
• Brian also made improper and abusive statements to his landlord and the landlord's wife in electronic messages while representing himself in an eviction matter pertaining to his law office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective September 23, 2021.

As we speak (ca. March 2022) Brian will resume his so-called brand of law with the Brainard Law Offices LLC at 909 Monroe Avenue in Charleston, Illinois in early September 2022.
