Attorney Raymond Prusak of Chicago; moronic cheater

The state of Illinois presented Raymond Prusak with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Ray guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Provided ineffective assistance of counsel (moron)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest when he represented two co-defendants in one criminal case
  • Made misrepresentation to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ray!)
  • Neglected three criminal appeals
  • Neglected the matters of five other different clients
  • Dishonest in failing to report marijuana test failures to ethics investigators
  • Inadequately supervised his associates in three matters
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed random tests for marijuana use
  • Did not refund unearned fees in three matters (cheater)
  • Made misrepresentations to several clients and to the ARDC

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2019), Ray practices at 1021 West Adams Street in Chicago, Illinois.
