Attorney David Cooper of Riverside, IL; lying scofflaw

The state of Illinois presented David Kyle Cooper with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2019), Davey practices with the Law Office of David K. Cooper at 542 Uvedale Road in Riverside, Illinois.
