Attorney Victor Cacciatore II of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Victor Joseph Cacciatore II with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made misrepresentation to tribunal he known or should have known was false
• Unlawfully altered, destroyed or concealed material having potential evidentiary value
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
