Attorney Philip Ruben of Bannockburn, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Philip E. Ruben with a law license in 1983.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

After became aware that attorneys at another law firm were reviewing his representation of a mutual client, he altered a conflicts disclosure document.

In addition, Phil altered two checks that he used to acquire an interest in one of the businesses that was the subject of his representation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month  suspension of his law license.

As we speak (January 2016), Phil practices with Ruben, Firsel & Ross LLC at 2801 Lakeside drive in Bannockburn, Illinois.
