Attorney Danny Radakovich of Lewiston, ID; ethical dwarf

The state of Idaho presented Danny Jay Radakovich with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client objectives
• Failed to timely file client’s appeal brief
• Failed to promptly inform client appellate court dismissed appeal due to Danny’s failure to timely file the appeal brief

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Danny practices at 1624 G Street in Lewiston, Idaho.
