Attorney Craig Jorgensen of Pocatello, ID; ethical misfit

The state of Idaho presented Craig R. Jorgensen with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Failed to promptly deliver client funds to client
• Improperly deposited $1.2 million settlement into his personal trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Craig practices at 1246 Yellowstone Avenue in Pocatello, Idaho.
