The state of Vermont presented Angela Roberts Marshall with a law license in 2001

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Angie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to promptly disburse funds belong to third parties
• Ordered by court to reimburse nearly $2,000 that was improperly withheld

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Angie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Angie practices with the Marshall Law Office in Sandpoint, Idaho.
