Attorney Karl Kime of Coeur d’Alene, ID; convicted felon

The state of Vermont presented Karl Wesley Kime with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Karl guilty of the following misconduct.

Karl was charged with felony driving under the influence (DUI). He later pled guilty to the felony charge and was sentenced. The trial court suspended the sentence and placed Karl on supervised probation for two years.

Subsequently, Karl violated his probation and the Court revoked his probation and imposed the sentence. Karl then completed a 90-day treatment program through the Correctional Alternative Placement Program.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Karl.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Karl practices at 1200 Ironwood Drive in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
